Word Fun (Multi-User) is a word game to improve your child's reading and writing skills. Learning beginning sounds, vowels and rhymes makes a strong foundation in reading for beginning readers. This app is useful not only for reading but spelling and writing also. It uses phonics to help your child learn new words by putting sounds together to make words (like /b/ /a/ /t/ bat). So your child will be able to read and write words correctly without memorizing. In addition, learning groups of words that have similar letter patterns (such as bat, fat, mat, that or bake, cake, lake, take, etc.) is an efficient strategy to help your child improve their reading skills and decode new words from letter patterns. All of the app s 1,100 words are grouped by Short Vowel, Long Vowel, Bossy R's and other Vowel Team words which are 332 groups of words (such as an, at, eath, ide, ard, irt, own, ood, etc.). Your child can also learn 41 beginning rhymes and 155 end rhymes. In this game, there are various questions about words. Your child has to choose the beginning sound and rhyme to build a word or find the missing beginning sound or rhyme sound in the word and then change some parts of the word to make the new one. They also has to find the missing vowel in the word or find two words that have the same rhyme. With every correct answer, the egg will hatch and grow as their score goes up. So try to make correct words as many as you can! There are 4 different mystery eggs for children to find out how they look like and collect them. Word Fun (Multi-User) also includes a progress report for a parent and teacher. The report allows them to track their child s performance grouped by vowel sounds, and provides play history with game details (i.e, On this date, your child played game, what item was asked and what your child answered). An additional setup option allows for a parent or teacher to change question order, customize the number of questions, and number of tries to match their child, and clear out all the reports or monsters that children have collected. This game will help your child remember words in groups and improve their reading and writing skills in a fun and interactive environment. **Plus, this game allows multiple users, so parent or teacher can add up to 30 users to customize the level of difficulty and keep the progress report for individual child. Features Word Fun (Multi-User) is mixed all the word games together, such as build word, find vowel and rhyming word game. In build word and find vowel game, all the vowels, digraphs and blends will be added to increase difficulty.
